Logisfashion consolidates its growth with new talent
The specialist retail and e-commerce logistics operator reorganises its management structure to strengthen growth, creating new positions globally.
A strategic international expansion strategy is one of the logistic company’s pillars, so much so that the post of International Business Developer Manager has been created. This has been occupied since July by Roberto Carlos Ortiz Reyes, expert in International Relations, Foreign Trade and Logistics Operations Consulting. He has lived in Mexico, the United States, Canada and Italy prior to settling in Spain and his CV boasts a variety of multinationals such as McGraw Hill, Braun AG, DHL, and Daymon Worldwide.
His main challenge at Logisfashion is to develop the sales business and to grow the company internationally, reinforcing the global reach already established in Europe and Latin America.
Logisfashion also consolidates its operations management with a view to boosting talent and meeting international standards by creating the post of Site Manager which combines the pre-existing post of Operations Manager with the figure of Business Unit Director BUD.
The Site Manager post, has a profile with a wider remit, and broader vision and responsibility, that takes up the challenge of running the business unit on a day to day basis, as well as assuring compliance with established KPIs and the performance of the profit and loss account.
This new structure will initially be implemented in Spain, where Jose Javier Gete Bueno, Industrial Engineer, having completed a Management Development Programme (MDP) and Fernando Martinez Camus, Industrial Engineer, with a master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, have joined the team. Both have wide experience professionally and internationally, which will bring management knowledge and new ideas from a global multi-disciplinary perspective.
At the same time, Jose Miguel Garcia Correa, has been promoted to Site Manager, thanks to his experience and strong performance at Logisfashion since 2012.
It is, since 1996, the premier specialised logistics operator in the fashion industry and the best choice for outsourcing your supply chain; international retail & e-commerce.
Logisfashion offers its clients a network of 21 fulfilment centres strategically located around the globe on each continent: Europe (Spain, Germany and France), America (Mexico, Panama, Colombia, Chile and the USA) and Asia (China, Hong Kong).
