In its growth strategy, it prioritizes a collaborative culture that fosters collaborative work across departments, avoiding independent structures and promoting a cohesive strategy. “Collaborative Culture is the most important pillar of our organization, a management system that fosters true collaboration at all levels,” emphasizes Juan Manuel Manzanedo, Executive President of Logisfashion.

In addition, significant investments in automation and new tools are planned, including an advanced robotic storage system to optimize inventory management and improve operational efficiency. New operational centers are also planned for opening throughout 2025.
