Pre-production inspection
- We review the quality and quantity of the raw materials and accessories that will be used while manufacturing your product
- We conduct out a preliminary inspection of all machinery and materials to be used in the production process
Sample validation
- Validation of the samples prior to the start of production, to ensure the inspection of the product is carried out using the approved samples: quality, conformity and measurements.
- Once the validation is approved, one of the samples will be used to perform the inspection, the rest of the samples are sent to the company as reference material
Fabric inspection
Fabric is a determining factor in the quality of the finished product. For this reason, an inspection is performed on its quality and features.
