Villa Romana is a Colombian firm specialising in the manufacture and marketing of men’s fashion since 1955, boasting extensive experience in both domestic and foreign markets. Textron S.A. is the most renowned and significant tailoring firm in the country, acting as the exclusive licence holder for European and American brands of the stature of Perry Ellis and Guy Laroche.
Textron S.A. has in place an exclusive distribution network for its products through Boutiques Villa Romana which are located in the main retail parks in Colombia; we currently boast 26 stores.
SOLUTION:
Logisfashion’s solution was based around implementing an outsourced operation in Logisfashion Colombia’s facilities in the Free Trade Area of Bogota, in which efficiency with regard to operations is sought while raising productivity to tackle growth rates experienced by the distinct brands the company represents.
The operation entails handling stocktaking with the major presence of garments on hangers, added value services such as logistics management of store orders. Placing maximum priority on offering quality logistics’ services, in which our offer includes managing all 3PL logistics services for the client for its Retail division along with its distribution needs for stores on a national level.
