  If you have sent us your resume to the postal or electronic addresses of LOGISFASHION or have provided it to us through third-party job boards (Linkedin, Infojobs, Universities or Schools), or through our form on the website, we inform you that your data will be processed by LOGISFASHION and by the Logisfashion Group entity that generates the vacancy. In this sense, due to the necessary transfer of your data to the Group entity that generates the job vacancy, international transfers of your data may be carried out to Logisfashion group companies located outside the European Economic Area (whose list is is available at this link). The purpose of processing your data is to manage the personnel selection processes for vacant positions in the entity or entities of the Group. Additionally, LOGISFASHION has adopted additional technical measures to guarantee an adequate level of protection. Your data will be deleted from our systems after one year from receipt. • Complaint channel

  In the event that you have provided us with your personal data through the form enabled in the “Complaints Channel” section, these will be processed by LOGISFASHION, S.A, and, in the event that the complaint, complaint or incident filed affects another entity of the Group, will also be treated by it in co-responsibility, in a confidential, strict and rigorous manner, and with the sole purpose of managing your report, complaint or incident regarding possible breaches of the Code of Ethics or internal or external regulations of the organization; as well as to manage your complaint for the commission of criminal acts or conduct contrary to the rules that are applicable to LOGISFASHION, under the entity’s Criminal Compliance Program. The bases that legitimize the processing of your data are the legitimate interest of LOGISFASHION, S.A., and of the Group entity affected by the complaint, complaint or incident filed by you, to create and maintain a system through which employees of the different entities that make up the Logisfashion Group can denounce, complain or report incidents regarding possible breaches of the Code of Ethics or internal or external regulations of the organization; and the public interest of creating and maintaining a system in which employees and other third parties can communicate to the company the commission of acts or conduct that could be contrary to the general or sectoral regulations that apply to them, incorporating an Ethical Channel with the objective of complying with the prevention and control duties regarding the prevention of criminal liability and regulatory compliance applicable to the entity.
