Let's talk

Our Management Team and Spanish team have been reorganised under the auspice of the HIPO Plan.

At Logisfashion, we have launched an internal restructuring plan, both on a corporate level and in our Spanish subsidiary, to foster the growth of our human team. A movement framed in our Strategic Plan, with which we encourage the promotion and consolidation of talent and continuous training through different projects such as the high-performance HIPO Plan.

“Throughout our business history we have achieved several milestones that have allowed us to offer each client the best service. All this has been down to the commitment, work and professionalism of our team”, in the words of our CEO, Juan Manzanedo.

Along this line, and within the framework of the Hipo (high potential) Plan, our main aim is to promote internal talent and the continuous training of our teams. Alongside bolstering our key areas, this restructuring is part of the ambitious 2021-23 strategic plan for growth and expansion recently approved.

To achieve this, we have three new appointments among our Management Team: Diego Larranaga has been transferred to the corporate area with the position of Deputy General Director and Regional EMEA, leaving the Spanish subsidiary restructured. Mar Rojo has been promoted from Business Developer Latam to Chief Commercial Officer; and Alvaro Los Arcos, goes from Head of E-commerce to Chief Business Developer Manager.

“Our purpose now is to continue on the path of growth and, for this, we wish our teams to progress and develop their talent in tandem with us”, explains Manzanedo

Regarding the structure in Spain, Jose Manuel Sinova has been promoted as Country Manager of Logisfashion Spain and will be entrusted with, together with a restructured and strengthened team, of continuing the growth path of a business unit that currently features 8 distribution centres. His mission is to manage from management the accomplishment of the targets set by the financial, commercial, operational and human resources areas of the subsidiary. Since 2020, he has spearheaded the area as Financial Controller. Furthermore, the Operations Directorate and the Technical Office Directorate of Spain are supported, with David Fernández and Lluis Alarcón, among other appointments.

A complete internal overhaul with which our Spanish subsidiary has been bolstered, which represents 63% of our turnover as a Group and which in 2021 has reached 100 million euros.
Our forecast is to reach turnover of 150 million in 2023.
