Thanks to the Logisfashion team for this memorable year!

Behind every famous brand, there is a talented team. Thus, at Logisfashion the human team is our grounding and most important pillar, as we boast the finest professionals, something which can be clearly seen in what we have achieved throughout the late twelve months. 

Our chief executive, Juan Manzanedo, put it plainly: “The human team is one of the engines behind Logisfashion. Highly qualified, committed and, in our view, special. It is what has forged our Logisfashionway.” 

An ethos that surrounds in everything we do, both inside and outside of our facilities. New openings, expansion, new services, new challenges. All of this success has taken place in a period of major growth and consolidation on an international scale, which has been possible thanks to the people who form part of this great family.  

A team that. thanks to its professional outlook and talent, has allowed us to continue growing and expanding. To continue to dream towards new milestones, such as reaching 160 million euros in annual billing in 2023, or opening new hubs both in Spain or in America. Of course, always placing quality and the best service we can offer to our clients at the fore. For this reason, at Logisfashion, we strive to foster their personal and professional growth through different initiatives.

Caring thoroughly for the working environment, alongside safety and motivation for the team through different programmes that enhance our employees’ involvement with collaborative forums, contents, gaming evens, follow-up meetings form a pivotal part of our corporate philosophy… Amongst these, actions in which all staff note the significance of their functions come to the fore, so that the diverse areas within the company have the chance to flourish.   Through the plans forequalityand prevention against harassment in the workplace, not only do we foster personal and professional growth within the company, but moreover inclusion and diversity are encouraged.

In line with this, our Equality Plan places the onus on Sustainable Development Goals such as number 5, dealing with Gender Equality, number 8, Decent Work and Economic Growth and number 10, on Reduced Inequalities.

Precisely, and speaking of talent, we seek out innovative, initiative-taking people with a drive to continue growing alongside an organisation that values its people and continually pushes them to develop both professionally and personally. Every day we strive to try to make this company a better place in which to work, to match the standards of the team we have formed. 

Thus, we encourage in-house promotions, bolstering our team’s professional pathway, from regular employees to executives, as well as offering international promotions amongst our different offices located abroad. At Logisfashion, we are wholly committed to the incorporation of standout talent.

For this reason, the promotion and strengthening of talent is promoted, while we seek out ongoing professional training through different projects for standout areas such as the IT team, development, PMO, continuous improvement, systems, cybersecurity, data platforms, business analysts, operations, etc. Not overlooking the entire fascinating and challenging technological environment that drives us to innovate and search for novel solutions.  

We care about the people who are around us.  

To encourage a collaborative culture, at Logisfashion we aim to undertake many activities and collaborations with Associations in the communities in which we have a presence throughout the coming year. Therefore, we have collaborated with Aprenem Autisme for another year in order to remember that people with autism are citizens in their own right. And with APANAS Toledo in labour inclusion for people with Intellectual Disabilities, allowing us to incorporate, train and facilitate access to a job for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities belonging to this organisation, with the aim of advancing their social and labour inclusion. We have also offered our support, for the third year running, to the endeavours of the ‘The Engine of Your Steps’, to raise awareness and draw attention to rare illnesses. Specifically, regarding Charcot Marie-Tooth syndrome, an illness that affects 18,000 people in Spain, and 2.8 million worldwide. 

Furthermore, we collaborate, on the world stage, with different associations to incorporate into our workforce people at risk of social exclusion, people with limited mobility and those in professional reintegration.    In short, our team and collaborative culture are the pride of Logisfashion. Thanks to them, we have created a solid structure that already includes 4,000 people spread all over the globe, comprised of highly qualified and committed professionals, They are at the fulcrum of our  #Logisfashionway ethos, with which we will surpass whichever targets we set for 2024 which is now underway.
